Being a Better Person

Sometimes I wonder how far off my perception of myself is compared to how other people perceive me. Have you ever wondered that? As I reach my 40th year, I really want to be a better person than I have been. Not a different person just a better one. Appraisal360 is a company that had developed a 360 degree feedback review to be used just for the purpose of finding out how people perceive you. 360 degree feedback is generally used in the workplace by HR professionals and employers to help an employee work on their professional development. This is accomplished by having an employee's colleagues fill out questionnaires about their opinions of the employee. This is used to develop a report aimed at helping the employee become a better professional.
