Gardening to Weigh Loss
Whew! One way to really burn fat is to spend hours in the garden pulling weeds and laying grass clippings between the plants. I feel like I live in the garden lately! Before you know it I will feel like I live in the kitchen taking care of all of the produce from the garden. As long as I can keep up with watching what I am eating, I should be able to drop some serious pounds in the next few months. Gotta love that!
